Warranty coverage lasts for one year from the date the product is registered. To be eligible for warranty coverage, the product must be registered by the customer within two weeks of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, design defects, and software defects or errors (“bugs”). The Drakong Warranty is valid only for purchases made in the contiguous United States and does not apply to purchases made in Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

This warranty is valid only for standard use of the console. Any use that is outside the product’s design specifications, or not stated in the instruction manual or on the packaging, will void this warranty. Any damage or malfunction caused by third-party devices or accessories is not covered under this warranty. This warranty does not apply to products used for any industrial, professional, or commercial purpose.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Any damage by a natural disaster —  including but not limited to water, shock, or electrical damage — is not covered by this limited warranty. This warranty does not apply to products that have been damaged by abuse, misuse, modification, tampering, or by any other cause not relating to either materials or workmanship.

Replacement and Repair

All sales documentation and receipts must be included with any returned product. To redeem this warranty, the customer must contact Customer Support to create an RMA ticket. The customer will be required to ship the product to Drakong at the customer’s expense.
