Refund policy

Drakong products are covered by a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific product. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to make an exchange is to return the product you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for your replacement product.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
